If an issue arises, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 5.2 Returns Policy: Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted unless there is a proven defect or incorrect item received. 5.3 Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided as store credit or partial reimbursement.
